Salary: Scale 3 Point 6 – 7 £25,989 – £26,403 FTE (actual salary £11,290 – £11,470)

We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil on a 1-to-1 basis and work with small groups of pupils in the classroom setting. The post is for 5 days a week (18.75 hours) Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 12:15 pm. The successful candidate is expected to work across all 5 days and will work in partnership with class teachers and the SENCO to support learning in line with the National Curriculum.

- Experience supporting children in a school setting.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Ability to support the child's medical and intimate care needs.

- Commitment to high achievement from pupils and themselves.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Good standard of education: Maths and English GCSE grades A‑C or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of ICT.
- Flexibility and a good sense of humour.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Willingness to undertake training and support individual needs.
