Along with our marketplace and magazine, we have developed an innovative auction system. Comprising an intuitive back office and a fully integrated website to present auctions, we call it Skeleton and we believe it will revolutionise the way auction houses operate globally.
We are on the hunt for a driven and experienced SAAS salesperson to drive growth of the Skeleton in the DACH and Nordic markets. Based either in London, Berlin or Stockholm and reporting directly to the Strategic Sales Manager, this role is key to our international expansion.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes sales – an energetic, persuasive negotiator with a proven track record of closing deals, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You should thrive on travel, love networking, and be passionate about growing brands in new territories. This role will be instrumental in shaping the next phase of our growth, and will be working closely with both the Sales Team and the Business Development team, including Executive Management.
Fluency in English & German mandatory; additional fluency in Swedish preferable. Hybrid Role. Based in London, Berlin or Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities- Actively source, approach, and convert high-potential clients – balancing proactive outreach with efficient handling of inbound opportunities.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each prospect, crafting tailored proposals that deliver real value and align with their business goals.
- Close complex contract negotiations and pricing discussions, consistently aiming to close high‐quality deals that maximize revenue and long‐term potential.
- Deliver high‐impact sales presentations, live demos, and bespoke proposals; experience in tools like Figma is a plus for crafting polished, visually compelling materials.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Keep your sales pipeline sharp and current by tracking leads, touchpoints, and deal progress in Salesforce.
- Provide clear, data‐driven forecasts to the Strategic Sales Manager, maintaining full visibility on sales performance and pipeline health.
- A results‐driven mindset with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS context. Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of industry dynamics and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, with a confident, solutions‐focused approach and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, performance‐driven environment.
