We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Growth Manager to join our marketing team at Barnebys. In this role, you will be responsible for driving scalable growth across our digital ecosystem — optimizing traffic acquisition, conversion, and retention for both B2B and B2C audiences.

You will own the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across channels, combining analytics, experimentation, and creativity to accelerate user acquisition and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase qualified traffic, improve conversion rates, and drive overall user engagement, by finding new traffic sources, creating new partnerships, and taking advantage of modern tools and technologies like AI.
  • Monitor and optimize acquisition channels (organic, paid, referral, and partnerships) to ensure efficient and sustainable traffic growth.
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, landing pages, onboarding flows) to validate hypotheses and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end funnel analytics, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities across the user journey, and exceeding traffic goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design teams to enhance the user experience and maximize ROAS from campaigns.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track key metrics such as customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Provide actionable insights from data to inform decision-making and influence both marketing strategy and product roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date with growth marketing trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring Barnebys remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or conversion optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through data-led experimentation and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels, marketing funnels, and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation or attribution tools.
  • Experience with data visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and A/B testing platforms.
  • Solid grasp of SEO, SEM, CRO, and user journey optimization.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and storytelling skills — able to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: curious, experimental, self-starter, and comfortable working across multiple growth levers.
  • Bonus if you have experience from e-commerce or the auction industry.
What We Offer
  • A dynamic, collaborative work environment at the intersection of design, auctions, and technology.
  • The opportunity to lead data-driven growth initiatives with real impact on global user engagement and client success.
  • Access to rich datasets and a passionate, cross-functional team ready to experiment and innovate.
