We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Advisor on behalf of our client, based in Hedge End. Our client is a leading specialist insurance broker providing commercial and personal customers with a range of services to meet individual needs.
This is a permanent full-time role, with an opportunity for career progression with generous commission and bonus schemes. The role involves dealing with new commercial and non-standard inquiries, managing client accounts and does not include cold calling.
Duties and Responsibilities Insurance Advisor:
- Answering new commercial and non-standard insurance queries, via phone & email.
- Liaising between financial advisors and customers.
- Gathering related risk information & preparing quotes.
- Managing your own customer accounts from start to renewal, including updating new insurance policies, mid-term changes to policy and queries.
- Building new and overseeing existing connections with the introducing advisors from four key partners.
- Confident telephone skills and an active listener.
