Location of this post: Harlow
In this role, you will:
- Help deliver engaging youth club sessions, including activities such as: Arts & crafts, Cooking & Board games
- Build positive relationships through meaningful conversations and support
- Assist with session setup and close-down
- Play a key part in shaping a service that evolves with young people's needs
Current session time: Wednesday evenings, 5:45pm β 8:15pm (Youth Club)

About you: We're looking for individuals who are:
- Confident and creative in engaging with young people aged 10β25
- Experienced or skilled in delivering group sessions
- Able to provide emotional and practical support in line with safeguarding practices
- Flexible, with availability for evenings and occasional weekends
- Comfortable working in partnership with Co-op, Children's Services, and local communities
- Passionate about keeping young people at the heart of everything you do
