Barnardo's, the UK's largest Children's Charity, is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for their new Emotional Well-being Home in Syston, Leicestershire. This full-time role focuses on supporting vulnerable children and young people aged 8-18 years who have experienced trauma.
The successful candidate will lead a team of Residential Support Workers and work closely with parents and professionals to promote the children’s independence and well-being, while adhering to safeguarding policies.
Applicants must have a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare and relevant experience working with children. This position requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
