Barnardo's are seeking an experienced and strategically focused Senior Finance Transformation & Reporting Lead to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This exciting opportunity will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of the Children's Services Operating Delivery Model (ODM) and leading key finance reporting transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Children's Services, Digital, Data & Technology, and Finance Systems, you will lead the development of financial reporting solutions through D365 and Power BI, ensuring that financial planning, forecasting, performance management and decision-making processes are aligned to organisational change.
You will provide high-quality financial analysis, modelling and strategic insight to support senior leaders in delivering transformational outcomes.
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in financial planning and analysis, reporting, business partnering and organisational transformation.
You will have proven experience of developing complex financial models, managing large datasets, implementing reporting solutions, and influencing senior stakeholders within a complex environment.
Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and finance transformation programmes is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, systems, data and strategy.
