Administration Project Worker
Are you an organised and compassionate individual who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people?
Kernow Young Carers is delighted to be recruiting for a Project Worker 1 to join our dedicated and passionate team. Following the recent recommissioning of our service, we continue to support Young Carers aged 5 to 18 across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, helping them achieve positive outcomes and reduce the challenges that caring responsibilities can bring.
- Please only apply for this role if you live locally to Cornwall and you have experience in an administrative capacity, as well as direct experience with young people is essential.
Some of the responsibilities for this role includes:
- Financial administration tasks
- Data collection, monitoring and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the service
You will be required to attend activities, events and residentials, working directly with Young Carers and building positive, trusted relationships. xgikmsk

- Experienced in an administrative role
- Confident managing data and administrative processes
- Passionate about supporting young people
- Able to build positive and trusting relationships
- Organised, adaptable and able to manage a varied workload
