Barnardo's is seeking a Best Start in Life Inclusion Practitioner to join our Family Hub team in Plymouth. You will support babies and young children with SEND, delivering group and one-to-one interventions and helping families access services.
This 30-hour per week role offers flexible part-time working and a permanent/funded post. You will work across Family Hubs, partner organisations, and community settings, maintaining high-quality records and safeguarding with a focus on inclusive practice.
