Barnardo's is recruiting three Senior Keyworkers (PW2) for the Greater Manchester Keyworker Service on a fixed 12-month contract to support the Future Focus pilot. You will work as a named keyworker, engaging with clinicians and families to navigate care pathways for young people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism at risk of inpatient admission.
The role requires extensive travel across Greater Manchester and will be based at one of three offices depending on home location.
