Barnardo's Moving Mindsets MHST in North Lancashire is seeking a dedicated Team Manager. You will lead and develop the MHST team, enabling staff to deliver high-quality mental health support in schools and colleges across the region.
You will manage Senior Practitioners and EMHPs, coordinate the whole-school approach, and work in close partnership with education settings, families, and NHS/Icb colleagues to ensure timely, appropriate support for children and young people.
