Community Health Development Worker, Hampshire Healthy Families - Barnardo's 37 hours (fixed term date 31/3/2027) Post covering Eastleigh and Romsey, (part of team 2 - which also includes the New Forest). For the right candidate, term time hours/reduced hours might be considered.

Hampshire Healthy Families is a partnership between Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Health Visiting and School Nursing Service and Barnardo's to deliver the healthy child programme across Hampshire. Barnardo's delivers the community part of the healthy child programme. This includes courses and workshops and short courses across Hampshire.
