Barnardo's in Hinckley is seeking a Waking Night Residential Support Worker for our Emotional Well-being Home. This full-time permanent role covers night shifts from 10pm to 8:15am, four on/four off, supporting children and young people aged 8–18 who face risks around exploitation.
You will build trust, work with parents and professionals, help maintain the home, document records, follow safeguarding policies, and ensure a safe environment at all times.
