Responsibilities
- Hold a caseload of up to 15 families to deliver 1‑1 work
- Facilitate evidence‑based group work programmes and courses
- Be based at Surrey Heath Family Centre and travel throughout the borough of Surrey Heath, Surrey

- Experience supporting families
- Knowledge & experience of working within safeguarding procedures
- Skilled at conducting assessments & developing intervention plans that improve family resilience
