Surrey Heath Family Centre is seeking a dedicated practitioner to support families within the Early Help framework. You will manage a caseload of up to 15 families and deliver 1-1 sessions to strengthen family resilience.
You will facilitate evidence-based group programmes and courses, work as part of a friendly, inclusive team, and travel across the Surrey Heath borough as required to reach families in need.
