Yardley Early Help is one of a number of Early Help Localities across the city of Birmingham led by Voluntary and Community Sector organisations (VCS). The aim of the provision is to build capacity within local communities to ensure that children, young people and families have access to the right support at the right time before issues and concerns escalate.
Our team is made up of a Team Manager, a part-time administrator, two community connectors and two family support workers.
Outcomes of Role
We are looking for an experienced service administrator who is skilled in managing and designing systems that provide efficiency, quality recording, are time-saving and ultimately help benefit children and families. An ideal administrator will be motivated to take a lead in finding and implementing solutions, working on their initiative as well as part of the team to improve services, combining excellence in administration with a passion for making a difference. Strong people and communication skills will ensure such systems and changes are informed by colleagues and implemented effectively. The administrator will be an integral part of the team and be part of day-to-day and big picture discussions.
