Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales and profit while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and customer service.
- Lead and manage a store team to achieve targets and meet customer needs.
- Ensure store operations comply with health & safety, store policies, and safeguarding guidelines.
- Generate and sustain customer, donor and colleague loyalty through creativity and resourcefulness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experienced people manager in a retail environment.
- Strong communication, organisational and leadership abilities.
- Creative and resourceful with a proven track record of driving sales and profit.
- Commitment to safeguarding; ready to consent to a Basic Criminal Record Check.
