Responsibilities
You are an experienced people manager, creative and resourceful, and you will use these qualities to generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty. You must be well‑organised with excellent communication skills to lead your team in store, maximise sales and profit, and meet your store’s targets.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience as a people manager in a retail or customer‑service environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding – successful candidates will consent to a Basic criminal records check.
