Barnardo's Cymru is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Project Worker 2 to join our Cyfle Children and Young People's Substance Use Service (CYPSMS).
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with children and young people navigating difficulties relating to substance use, mental health and emotional wellbeing, helping them build resilience, reduce harm and achieve better outcomes.
About Cyfle
Cyfle, Barnardo's Cymru has a specialist Children and Young People's Substance Use Service, providing prevention, early intervention and treatment support for young people up to the age of 25.
Working across Denbighshire and Conwy, our multi-disciplinary team collaborates with schools, youth services, health professionals, social care, and community organisations to deliver a comprehensive and integrated service that responds to the diverse needs of children, young people and their families.
