The Role
We are seeking a motivated EYE Level 3 Tutor / Assessor to deliver engaging training and workplace assessment. You will support apprentices to develop confidence, skills and strong professional practice.
- Deliver inspiring training sessions covering Early Years theory & practice
- Plan lessons, create learning resources and update assessment materials
- Complete workplace observations and assess learners against the L3 EYE standard
- Provide constructive feedback and support learners' progress
- Adapt teaching for learners with SEND or barriers to learning
- Work collaboratively with employers, tutors and support teams
- Ensure compliance with awarding body, Ofsted and Barnardo's quality standards
- Contribute to curriculum development
