As well as maximising sales and profit in your area, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day management of your stores, maximise their income, and lead and inspire your team of managers.

You will have sound retail management experience, ideally from a multi-site environment; you will have demonstrated an ability to achieve budget, revenue, cost, and profit targets, as well as KPIs. You are an outstanding leader who can bring team building and organizational strengths to your team, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and customer service throughout your area. Your goal will be to make your stores the best in town, attracting customers and creating a positive environment for colleagues.
