Part‑time Project Worker 1 – Thrive Service
Responsibilities
- Support service delivery to children and young people with disability in the Thrive Service.
- Develop and facilitate group work and 1‑to‑1 support sessions at the service base, Monday–Thursday 1:30‑7:30pm.
- Complete assessments, care plans and maintain records in line with local and organisational policy.
- Work collaboratively and flexibly with partners, children, young people and families to shape support plans.
- Apply safeguarding policies and procedures and uphold the adversities experienced by children, young people and families, particularly around disability and ASN.
Qualifications
- HNC in Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience of working with children and young people.
- Experience of developing and facilitating group work.
- Demonstrated creativity, dynamism and flexibility in meeting the needs of children and young people.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Starting salaries are between the minimum and mid‑point of the pay band, with annual progression based on contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
