We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Store Manager to join our Londonderry Store NI, at Barnardo's, for 35 hours per week.

About the role:
Are you a values driven retail leader who wants more than just hitting targets? As Store Manager, you'll lead a community hub that turns generosity into vital support for children, young people and families across the UK.
Ideal candidate must have:
- Ability to interpret, implement and advise on procedural guidance from line management and to issue appropriate instructions.
- Ensuring the successful achievement of results through the effective planning and management of resources.
- The need to lead groups of people to work effectively together.
- Experience working within fashion retail, regarding floor layouts, merchandising, customer service.
- Basic IT skills, administration and simple analysis of figures.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
Some but not all key responsibilities are:
- Lead and develop Store Associates and volunteers, to maximise sales and profit while managing costs and budgets.
- Encourage donations and manage the Gift Aid process to drive profits.
- Maintain outstanding shop presentation and standards.
- Deliver national and local fundraising campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with financial, security, safeguarding and H&S procedures.
