We're Hiring! – Early Years Supervisor for our Developmental Programme 2-3 year olds

Location: Horizon Sure Start – Sunnylands Primary School, Carrickfergus.

Are you an experienced early years professional with a passion for making a difference in children's lives? Join Horizon Sure Start as our Early Years Supervisor and lead a dedicated team committed to improving outcomes for children aged 2-3 years.

We are looking for:

  • Strong observational and written communication skills
  • A confident team leader who can collaborate across disciplines

In this exciting leadership role, you will:

  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment that nurtures every child's development
  • Lead the delivery of the Developmental Programme and support a dedicated early years team
  • Use your strong knowledge of child development to identify early learning needs and provide tailored support to each child's individual needs
  • Accurately observe, record, and report on children's progress, creating individual action plans and reviews
