BARNARDO'S is seeking an experienced Strategic People Business Partner (Pay and Reward) to shape and deliver our pay philosophy and reward strategy across a large and diverse workforce. You will work closely with the Head of People - Pay & Reward to ensure fair, progressive and evidence-based reward solutions.

The role focuses on benchmarking, job evaluation, governance and delivering insights to support strategic decision-making while strengthening attraction, retention and belonging.
