As well as maximising sales and profit, you'll ensure the highest standards of presentation and customer service, making your store the best in town for customers and colleagues alike. As a Store Associate, you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store. You'll have responsibilities but also the chance to develop and learn alongside an experienced store manager. You need to be well-organised, have great communication skills, and be ready to lead your team to maximise sales, profit, and meet your store's targets.
