Property Finance Manager – Join Barnardo\’s Finance Operations Team.
Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for property operations and service improvement?
- Do you enjoy leading teams and developing people?
- Are you confident managing complex financial processes in a fast-paced environment?
- Do you thrive on building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders?
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of Property Finance Administrators
- Oversee end-to-end property finance processes, including:
- Rental income and payments
- Utilities, service charges, and rates
- Supplier billing and invoice consolidation
- Journal entries and master data management
- Collaborate with colleagues across Property, Finance, Retail, and Children\’s Services
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as landlords, managing agents, and auditors
- Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
- Identify opportunities to streamline systems and processes
- Support the Head of Finance Operations and Manager – Finance Processing and Controls in embedding a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation
You\’ll bring:
- Experience in finance operations or shared service environments
- Strong understanding of transactional finance activities
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong ERP and Excel skills and Accounting knowledge
