With two partners and a paralegal apprentice, we provide expert employment law services while maintaining a supportive and friendly working environment.

The Role: We are seeking a talented Employment Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE or FILEX) to join our small friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work flexibly while contributing to a highly regarded specialist firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising a diverse range of employer clients on HR and employment law issues
  • Advising employees on settlement agreements
  • Advising employees on a wide range of employment law matters
  • Drafting employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal claims
  • Delivering excellent client service with a commercial and practical approach
