The Role: We are seeking a talented Employment Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE or FILEX) to join our small friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work flexibly while contributing to a highly regarded specialist firm.
Responsibilities:
- Advising a diverse range of employer clients on HR and employment law issues
- Advising employees on settlement agreements
- Advising employees on a wide range of employment law matters
- Drafting employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunal claims
- Delivering excellent client service with a commercial and practical approach
