Residential Sales Lister
Due to a very strong performance as an office and some speedy growth, we are recruiting a *Residential Sales Lister* for our Croydon Branch at Barnard Marcus Estate Agents
What we are looking for?
- A driven and enthusiastic individual with experience in estate agency (ideally listing already) with a proven track record of great performance
- Someone who wants to learn, develop and grow both individually and in the workplace
- An individual who wants to be part of a vibrant team and has good communication skills
- Full, clean driving license
Key Responsibilities
- Utilising databases to generate market appraisals
- Attending valuations with a winning attitude
- Contribute to morning meetings with a team focused mindset
- Canvassing to win more business
- Bring fresh perspective and ideas to increase listings
- Utilise our social media platforms to maximise exposure
