We're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Administrator/Data Entry Operator (Auctions) to support our fantastic Property Auction Department in Hammersmith, West London. As our Trainee Administrator (Auctions) you will take ownership of office administration/data accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of our Trainee Administrator (Auctions) to include:
- Redacting and uploading legal documents
- Filing/scanning
- Sending post
- Administrative support to office compliance team/office managers
- Taking calls and message taking
