We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Administrator/Data Entry Operator (Auctions) to support our fantastic Property Auction Department in Hammersmith, West London. As our Trainee Administrator (Auctions), you will take ownership of office administration/data accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of our Trainee Administrator (Auctions) include:

  • Redacting and uploading legal documents
  • Filing/scanning
  • Sending post
  • Administrative support to office compliance team/office managers
  • Taking calls and message taking
  • Typing and data entry

Skills and experience required:

  • Hard working school leaver welcome
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
