Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role as a Financial Planning Administrator / Client Services Manager. Responsibilities include managing financial planning processes, providing excellent client service, maintaining client records, and offering support to financial advisors. Additional duties consist of preparing client reports, administering account updates, managing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering outstanding services.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Finance, and Accounting
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and team members
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in financial planning software and technology tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in client service or financial advisory support roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams
