The purpose of this role is to drive continuous business growth and improve the profitability of each store within the region, ensuring every location reaches its full potential while aligning with the company’s overall vision.

Duties and Responsibilities of Regional Manager:
- Recruit, develop, and manage Store Managers to drive strong team performance.
- Support Store Managers in leading and motivating their teams to achieve targets.
- Work with HR to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Create and deliver plans to grow sales and develop stores across the region.
- Set and manage the regional budget.
- Deliver sales, cost, debt, and profit targets for the region.
- Manage the region's P&L and report on performance monthly.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to improve daily operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Improve efficiency through reviewing and refining processes.
- Visit stores regularly to maintain standards and improve customer service.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety requirements.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership and ownership.
- Carry out any additional tasks as required by the General Manager of Operations.
About You:
- Experience working with Power BI or dashboards
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive strategies
- Multi operational technical skills
- At least 5 years experience in managing multiple stores
- Must be able to embrace technology
