We are seeking a highly competent and professional Fire Alarm Installation Engineer to join our established organisation. This role is fire systems installation only, working on commercial, high-end projects for blue-chip clients across London and the wider South of England.
Key Responsibilities- Installation of fire alarm systems including Honeywell Gent
- Installation of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems across commercial premises
- Carrying out system commissioning and supporting final handover
- Ensuring all installations comply with current British Standards, manufacturer requirements, and client specifications
- Completing installation documentation accurately and professionally
- Working to project programmes while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship
- Liaising professionally with clients, consultants, project managers, and site teams
- Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer within commercial environments
- Comprehensive knowledge of fire alarm systems, including conventional and addressable systems
- Strong working knowledge of Gent fire alarm systems
- Experience working on high-end or blue-chip client sites
- Relevant industry qualifications (FIA, ECS, NVQ or equivalent preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, client-facing approach and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or part of install team and deliver installations to exacting standards
