We’re looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (Electrical) to join our busy Electrical team. This is a full-time, office-based role at our Oldham office in Chadderton. You’ll play a key part in supporting the department in exceeding customer expectations as well as providing technical support to our Electricians.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with operational staff and customers to maintain a high level of service
  • Coordinate engineers’ work schedules
  • Ensure KPIs are monitored, met, and updated
  • Providing quotations for small works to customers
  • Issue purchase orders and monitor job progress
  • Compile job completion notes and prepare invoices

Skills & Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues at all business levels
  • Competent with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, and general computer systems
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Must hold ECS Gold Electrician Grade Card
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • C&G 2382 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
  • C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing would be advantageous
