We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our busy office team. This is a full-time, office-based role at our Oldham office in Chadderton. You’ll play a key part in taking customers through their full journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from first contact through to job completion. Experience in a similar role is essential.
Responsibilities
- Respond to initial client enquiries via phone and email
- Input engineers’ timesheets and compile daily reports
- Liaise with operational staff and customers to maintain a high level of service
- Coordinate engineers’ work schedules
- Ensure KPIs are monitored, met, and updated
- Issue purchase orders and monitor job progress
- Update Excel spreadsheets and client job management systems
- Compile job completion notes and prepare invoices

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management
- Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues at all business levels
- Competent with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, and general computer systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
