We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our busy office team. This is a full-time, office-based role at our Oldham office in Chadderton. You’ll play a key part in taking customers through their full journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from first contact through to job completion. Experience in a similar role is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to initial client enquiries via phone and email
  • Input engineers’ timesheets and compile daily reports
  • Liaise with operational staff and customers to maintain a high level of service
  • Coordinate engineers’ work schedules
  • Ensure KPIs are monitored, met, and updated
  • Issue purchase orders and monitor job progress
  • Update Excel spreadsheets and client job management systems
  • Compile job completion notes and prepare invoices
