We tackle the most complex problems in quantitative finance, by bringing scientific clarity to financial complexity. From our London HQ, we unite world‑class researchers and engineers in an environment that values deep exploration and methodical execution – because the best ideas take time to evolve. Together we’re building a world‑class platform to amplify our teams’ most powerful ideas. Security is foundational to this mission and must be delivered in a way that supports how our engineering teams build and operate complex systems at scale.
The role involves embedding with product or platform teams to design and implement fixes for identified security issues. You will learn unfamiliar systems and codebases quickly, contributing effectively to existing delivery processes. Responsibilities include writing high‑quality, maintainable code that addresses security issues without introducing unnecessary complexity or performance regression, owning security work from investigation through to delivery and follow‑up, ensuring fixes are understood, tested and safely deployed, and identifying patterns in security issues.

Qualifications:

- A proven ability to work productively with other deeply technical engineers, contributing to decisions through reasoning, evidence and delivery
- Clear communication skills and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset
