The Role

We are hiring an Engineering Manager to partner with our quantitative research function to accelerate high‑impact research output and ensure ideas move efficiently from exploration to production. You will lead a hands‑on team responsible for evolving the research technology stack, improving iteration speed, deployment consistency and production alignment. You will define the technical direction, own the roadmap and work closely with senior research stakeholders to remove bottlenecks and scale research capability.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and growing a high‑performing, embedded engineering team
  • Defining technical strategy and architecture for research‑facing systems
  • Building tools and infrastructure that accelerate the research lifecycle and improve alignment between research and production
  • Contribute directly to design and implementation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams in complex, high‑performance environments
  • Strong engineering fundamentals with experience building scalable, production‑grade systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across engineering and stakeholder groups
  • Experience partnering closely with analytical stakeholders and operating effectively in high‑impact, fast‑paced environments
