Our client is keen to add to their Claims Handling team; you will need to be a confident communicator and happy to speak with customers over the telephone on a daily basis.

CLAIMS HANDLER DUTIES

  • Handling inbound calls from customers with queries, making outbound calls to customers to provide updates or chase information requests
  • Send links to customers for signing
  • Monitor an email inbox
  • Upload client documents and log accurate notes
  • Review and pending cancellations of claims
  • Working within industry guidelines

CLAIMS HANDLER REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates will need a confident telephone manner
  • You will need to live within a sensible commuting distance of Heald Green
