Our client is keen to add to their Claims Handling team; you will need to be a confident communicator and happy to speak with customers over the telephone on a daily basis.
CLAIMS HANDLER DUTIES
- Handling inbound calls from customers with queries, making outbound calls to customers to provide updates or chase information requests
- Send links to customers for signing
- Monitor an email inbox
- Upload client documents and log accurate notes
- Review and pending cancellations of claims
- Working within industry guidelines
