Our client are keen to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their Claims team. This is a vibrant office environment, close to public transport links. The Claims Administrator is responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end claims process by delivering administration and operational tasks. You will manage high volumes of documentation along with handling communication with lenders.

Duties

  • Working in a fast‑paced fun environment using internal systems to manage communications and process data
  • Scan and digitise physical documents
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming post
  • Print and prepare documents for outbound post
  • Upload and record responses in internal systems
  • Manage and respond to lender emails
  • Log and action email responses
  • Meet weekly and monthly performance KPIs
  • Manage bulk spreadsheets

Requirements

  • Candidates must have proven administration experience
  • Claims experience would be a bonus
  • Candidates must live within a sensible commuting distance
