Ensuring buildings insurance policies are checked and renewed when required.

Maintaining records for contractors.

Welcoming visitors to the office. Answering emails and telephone calls in the office, taking messages and resolving customer enquiries.

Managing energy contracts, renewals and invoices.

Sourcing new contractors for various works as required.

Carrying out House Manager positions at various developments.

Testing the Fire Alarm weekly and Emergency Lighting monthly, keeping a record.

Email Merges and Communications to directors and residents within the Block Developments.
