HR Advisor in Macclesfield

Our client is seeking an HR Advisor with a good understanding of HR policies to join their experienced and dynamic HR Team. This is a pivotal role in providing HR advice and guidance to Line Managers and employees.

HR Advisor Responsibilities

• Handle complex cases – disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management, escalating when necessary
• Coach Line Managers to enhance their HR knowledge
• Support HR project – diversity & inclusion programs, policy updates and organisational change
• Offering advice on HR best practices, compliance and employment law
• Work alongside Learning & Development, Recruitment and Payroll team

HR Advisor Experience

• Have previous HR experience gained in the UK
• Experience in dealing with grievances and disciplinaries
• Good understanding of UK HR policies

HR Advisor Salary & Benefits

• Salary £29, 000pa doe – Mon to Fri 8am – 4.30pm – 12 month contract
• Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and two from home
• Lunch provided when in the office
• Close to public transport links
