This si a telephone based role and previous telephone based customer service experience would be an advantage. Customer Service Advisor Duties * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Dealing with inbound and outbound calls * Acknowledging and responding to customer queries promptly. * Processing customer applications. * Understanding our business, to help with queries. * Using various channels to communicate with customers. * Working as part of a team. * Be able to communicate with other departments in the business. * Uploading data to customer files. * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers and teammates always. * Maintaining confidentiality and abiding by all regulatory requirements. * Going above and beyond for customers. Customer Service Advisor Requirements * Previous experience in customer service * Previous experience of the Financial Services sector would be an advanatage * Excellent telephone manner * Must live within a sensible commuting distance of Alderley Edge
