Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Technician based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes and servicing, diagnosing and repairing technical issues, and maintaining or upgrading vehicle suspension systems. The role also involves ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards, maintaining a safe work environment, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Experience with Oil Changes and Suspension systems
- Strong knowledge of Automotive Repair processes and techniques
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Relevant certifications and industry training; NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent is preferred
- Valid driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience working with Seat, Skoda, or Cupra brands is an advantage
