Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Support the chefs to keep the kitchen running smoothly throughout service
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high operational standards
About You
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar kitchen environment is preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to cleanliness and organisation
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy service environment
- Reliable, hardworking and keen to learn new skills
