We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating high-quality cakes and desserts and enjoys working in a professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, bake, and finish a range of fine cakes, desserts, pastries, and sweet products to a high standard
- Maintain consistency in presentation, taste, and quality
- Assist with dessert preparation for afternoon and evening
- Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards are followed at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients when required
- Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of cake decorating, dessert preparation, and baking techniques
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality presentation
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised, and punctual
16 hours per week contract. Afternoon and evening shifts - Monday to Friday.
