BM Caterers is seeking an autonomous and disciplined Senior CDP or sous chef to join our team in London. You’ll work Monday to Friday with occasional weekend events, cooking fine dining and corporate menus, and leading a busy service with multiple simultaneous events.
Two years’ experience in a similar operation and C&G 7061/7062 (or NVQ equivalent) are essential. You’ll promote teamwork and customer satisfaction while inspiring your kitchen crew towards continual learning.
