A great opportunity has arisen to join our very busy outpatient team as a clinic preparation clerk. Are you patient focused, enjoy attention to detail; have a proactive approach; able to work to challenging deadlines providing an exceptional service to our patients, clinicians, and providers? Responsibilities include:
- To provide a high-quality service, ensuring the timely provision and appropriate preparation of health records for out-patient clinics.
- To follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which describe how the functions of this role will be carried out along with the timescales that will be adhered to.
- To work as part of the team providing cover for colleagues during sickness and annual leave where appropriate.
