The Women and Child Health division is currently seeking to recruit an experienced part-time administrators (Patient Pathway Coordinator) to join our Child Health Department. This role is very demanding and the successful applicant will be expected to provide administrative support to a team of clinicians The Women and Child Health division is currently seeking to recruit an experienced part time (27.5 hours per week preferably working on Monday to Friday) Medical Secretary (Patient Pathway Coordinator) to join our Child Health Department. You will be expected to provide administrative support to a team of clinicians as well as audio typing of medical correspondence and knowledge of pediatric services and it’s functioning. The successful applicant will be able to provide evidence for experience in dealing with patients via telephone in a professional calm manner in accordance with Trust’s PRIDE values, good computer skills and knowledge of patients’ administrative system., The Patient Pathway Co-ordinator (PPC) will work within Child Health to facilitate the smooth running of the patient journey by ensuring that there are co-ordinated and streamlined administrative processes that revolve around the patient and their individual needs.
