The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The post holder will utilise skills of clinical expertise, leadership, education, and management to ensure a seamlessservice for patients, carers, and staff. The post holder will provide advice, support, and information and will workclosely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a co-ordinated quality service. The post holder will be actively involved in ensuring a high-quality safe service for patient and staff leading on audit and research asappropriate. Band 6/7oEvidence of overseeing a ward/team on a regular basisoExperience of implementing a change in practice, To provide support to the Senior Sister in effectively leading and managing the ward

Participate in all ward activities as an effective team member, supporting the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse taking the responsibility for the leadership of a team of staff.

To assess care needs, and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

To teach and supervise qualified and unqualified staff, and act as a role model to junior staff, undertaking performance management is required.
